Foundation Launches tnbc.info as Its First AI-Assisted Cancer Research Initiative

AI-assisted knowledge platform for triple-negative breast cancer enters early access for clinicians and research partners.

tnbc.info brings together clinical research, treatment information, and resources for navigating triple-negative breast cancer, using AI to help users surface the most relevant content efficiently. By lowering the barrier to high-quality information on one of the most aggressive and underfunded breast cancer subtypes, the Foundation aims to support clinicians, researchers, and — in later phases — the patients they serve with faster access to the state of the science.

"We believe AI represents a genuine turning point in medicine — the ability to detect earlier, treat more precisely, and discover therapies at a pace impossible before. tnbc.info is the first of many investments we plan to make at that frontier. We're starting with triple-negative breast cancer because the patients there need it most, and we're starting now because the technology makes it possible."

— Shawn Yang, President & CEO, Jennifer T. Strickland Foundation

Why TNBC, Why Now

Triple-negative breast cancer accounts for roughly 10–15 percent of breast cancers and disproportionately affects younger women and women of color. It is generally more aggressive and has fewer targeted treatment options than other subtypes, making timely access to research and clinical-trial information especially critical for both patients and their care teams.

The launch of tnbc.info honors Jennifer T. Strickland's personal experience with cancer and her conviction that science deserved more funding, faster. It also fulfills her wish, expressed in her final months, that the Foundation continue both pillars of her life's work: mentorship for women in finance, and acceleration of cancer research.

tnbc.info is currently in early access for participating clinicians and research partners. The Foundation will announce expanded availability — including broader patient and public access — as the platform matures. Clinicians, researchers, and patient advocates interested in early-access participation can contact the Foundation at 4UJTS@jtstrickland.org.
