Women in Private Credit
Private credit is one of the fastest-growing corners of global finance — yet women remain underrepresented in leadership. Jennifer spent her career in this field and understood first-hand the value of having the right mentor, the right room, and the right community.
Through the Strickland Fellowship, direct mentorship, curated networking events, and leadership programs, we give women in private credit the resources and relationships that accelerate careers.
